The impact of partnership on a lawyer's practice

Alyssa Tomkins and Andrew Ferguson ​both practice civil litigation in Ottawa: Alyssa was then at Caza Saikaley LLP and now at Gowling WLG and Andrew at MBC Law Professional Corp.  

Both lawyers have been partners for several years now, but were fairly recent partners at the time of this interview. Both worked at litigation boutiques at the time of the interview. Both are early members of the Advocacy Club and leaders of the Ottawa Bar. This 50-minute discussion deals with how and why they became partners and how partnership impacted their practices and careers.
